Exciting news for our company! People Plus announced today that Amy Sanderson has been appointed the new CEO of People Plus, and Amanda Huddleston has been named as President as they also take over full ownership of the company. As experienced business leaders in the staffing industry, Amy will succeed their father, and previous CEO, Ron Sanders, and Amanda will assume the role of President (formerly held by Amy). They assumed ownership on January 1, 2023. Ron will be retiring from the staffing industry after 35 successful years in the business.
Amy has been operating in a leadership role for People Plus for over 25 years. Her experience in financial and risk management in the staffing industry, along with technology expertise, has been pivotal to the success of the company. Amy is also President/CEO for Permco HR, a PEO solutions provider.
Amanda has been on the leadership team for the past 15 years, primarily overseeing talent acquisition, client development and service offerings. Amanda also currently sits as Chair for the Kentucky Society of Human Resource Management (KYSHRM) and is the incoming chair for the Kentucky Chamber Workforce Center Board.

People Plus has been named the Best Places to Work in Kentucky-small business for the past ten years and has also received the Best of Staffing-Client and Best of Staffing-Talent awards from Inavero. In 2023, People Plus will be celebrating their 35th year in business.
