People Plus hires its own employees and assigns them to support or supplement a client’s work force to keep fully staffed during busy times, gain special expertise or staff special projects, or fill temporary vacancies. Employees are recruited, screened, and assigned by People Plus.


People Plus employee works for a client for a trial period during which both the employee and the client consider establishing a employment relationship.


People Plus finds qualified job candidates and brings them together with potential employers for the purpose of establishing a “permanent” employment relationship.

People Plus can perform employment screening on individuals a client hires. Service options include background verifications (employment,  education, credential and license), Social Security and Name verification, credit report, criminal background check, drug screening, computer skill assessments and behavioral profile testing.


People Plus provides career transition services, including career counseling, testing, training, interview coaching, and referrals, to assist a client’s separating employees.


People Plus places on its payroll employees recruited or hired by the client. Payrolling is distinguished from PEO arrangements in that the employees generally are on temporary assignments and make up a small proportion of the client’s work force.

Service Process

Our personnel are provided to you at one cost per hour.  We invoice weekly.  We pay the worker’s compensation insurance, matching social security contribution, and Kentucky and federal unemployment insurance. 

We take care of the hassle of quarterly and annual reports, as well as the various payments to state, federal and local agencies. Our employees come to you “ready to go”, and we offer a 4-hour guarantee.  If during the first four hours you are not satisfied with the person we have sent there is no charge and we will send you a replacement.  The bill rate also covers the time and expense of sourcing, interviewing, and testing these employees.
